(For all filmmakers, photographers, and anyone booking a space)

1. Introduction
Welcome to FilmAmple, India’s first dedicated film location platform designed for discovering and booking verified filming spaces.
By using the platform, you (“User” or “Filmmaker”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and FilmAmple.
2. Platform Use
- FilmAmple connects Users seeking locations with verified Hosts offering spaces for film, photo, and content productions.
- FilmAmple provides discovery, booking management, payment processing, and support, but does not own or operate listed properties.
3. Account & Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a binding
- E-KYC verification may be required before
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
4. Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after full payment through FilmAmple’s
- Each booking includes a ₹11 platform fee and applicable GST.
- No security deposit is collected directly by FilmAmple or
- Payment is processed securely and held until the successful completion of the
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before booking
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–5 days before
- 25% refund if cancelled 2–3 days before
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking
Note: Refund calculation cut-off time is 1 PM (IST) for all cancellations.

- All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of FilmAmple.
- FilmAmple reserves the right to hold or adjust payouts to Hosts in case of disputes, damages, or violations.

- FilmAmple may use booking and platform data for analytics, marketing, service optimization, and overall platform improvement. All user data is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with applicable Indian privacy regulations. 10. Conduct
- Users must behave respectfully at all locations and comply with Host’s on-site
- Any harassment, misconduct, or illegal activity may result in account
11. Modifications & Suspension
- FilmAmple may modify, restrict, or suspend access to the platform, including listings or user accounts, at its discretion to ensure safety, security, and legal compliance. FilmAmple also reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided via email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Legal & Arbitration
- This Agreement is governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Mumbai City Civil Court.
- Any dispute shall first be resolved through private arbitration in Mumbai, as per the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
