PREAMBLE

This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the FilmAmple platform and related services operated by FilmAmple (OPC) Private Limited (“FilmAmple”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to all persons or entities who (a) book or use spaces, venues, or locations for filming or related creative activities (“Users”), and (b) list or provide properties, spaces, or locations for such bookings (“Hosts”).

By accessing, registering on, or using FilmAmple’s website, mobile application, or any related platform (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Checking the box marked “I Agree” during registration or listing creation constitutes your electronic acceptance (“clickwrap acceptance”) of this Agreement and its terms, including all policies incorporated by reference.

PART A – PLATFORM USER TERMS

1.  Booking & Payments

All time calculations are counted from 1:00 PM (IST) of the intended booking day.

3.  Shoot Responsibilities

Users shall:

• Leave the property in the same condition as
• Obtain required permissions for noise, public disturbance, society entry, drone, or other regulatory matters.
• Secure consent from the Host for any activity involving fire, stunts, or hazardous materials prior to booking.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws.

4.  Insurance & Liability

• FilmAmple strongly recommends insurance for high-value or complex
• Users bear full responsibility for physical, property, or third-party damages caused during the shoot.
• FilmAmple provides zero liability for damages or losses, though it may offer limited insurance coverage to Hosts at its discretion.

5.  Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or FilmAmple Wallet (if applicable). FilmAmple may hold or withhold payments during disputes or investigations involving property damage, misconduct, or violation of policy.

6.  Code of Conduct

Users shall maintain professional decorum, respect property, staff, and neighbors, and refrain from unlawful, offensive, or harassing behavior. Any violation may result in suspension, penalties, or permanent ban.

PART B – HOST LISTING AGREEMENT

1.  Listing & Eligibility

Hosts must be at least 18 years old, complete e-KYC verification, and have lawful ownership, lease, or authorization to list the property. Listings shall include accurate photos, descriptions, and pricing.

2.  Host Commission & Fees

1. FilmAmple shall charge the Host a service fee of 24% (twenty-four percent) of the total booking value.

4. FilmAmple may adjust or discount up to 10% from Host pricing during marketing or festive campaigns to enhance platform visibility, upon Host consent.

3.  Cancellations by Host

1. Hosts must cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date to avoid
2. Late cancellation penalties:
   • 7–3 days before booking: 10% deduction from next

• 72–24 hours before booking: 20–25%
• Within 24 hours or after confirmation: 50%

1. Repeated cancellations (more than 2 in 50 days) may result in profile review, suspension, or blacklisting.
2. Verified unavoidable events (e.g., natural disaster, government restrictions) shall not attract penalties, subject to FilmAmple’s assessment.

4.  Insurance & Responsibility

Hosts are encouraged to maintain property insurance. FilmAmple may assist both parties in securing insurance for higher-value shoots. Hosts bear responsibility for property upkeep and compliance with local regulations.

5.  Pricing & Confidentiality

• Hosts must list prices equivalent to or lower than their direct

6.  Payments & Disputes

FilmAmple reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts in the event of disputes, complaints, or policy violations. Final determination rests solely with FilmAmple after internal review.

7.  Marketing Rights

FilmAmple may use Host property names, logos, images, or videos for marketing, analytics, or promotional purposes as long as the property remains listed on the Platform.

8.  Listing Removal or Suspension

FilmAmple reserves the right to delist, suspend, or terminate Host listings for policy violations, misconduct, or non-cooperation. Prior notice shall be given via email unless immediate action is warranted.

PART C – GENERAL POLICIES AND LEGAL TERMS

1.  No Exclusivity

Hosts may list on other platforms; however, they are prohibited from transacting directly with Users introduced via FilmAmple. Any such conduct constitutes a violation and may result in penalties or blacklisting.

2.  Limitation of Liability

FilmAmple acts solely as an intermediary platform and assumes no liability for property damages, personal injuries, losses, or disputes between Host and User. In no event shall FilmAmple’s liability exceed the service fees received for the affected transaction.

3.  Privacy & Data Use

FilmAmple may use booking data, analytics, and user behavior information for internal improvement, safety monitoring, and marketing. Personal information is handled per FilmAmple’s Privacy Policy.

4.  Modification of Terms

FilmAmple reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and associated policies at any time, with notice via email or Platform publication. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5.  Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between parties.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, held in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

6.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

7.  Miscellaneous

• No joint venture or employment relationship is created between FilmAmple, Users, or
• Invalidity of any clause shall not affect the remaining
• Notices shall be deemed served when sent via email to legal@filmample.com or info@filmample.com.
