FILMAMPLE PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the manner in which FilmAmple (OPC) Private Limited, having its registered office at 175, Kagalwala House, Vidyanagri Marg, Kalina, Bandra Kurla Complex, Santacruz (E), Mumbai–400098, Maharashtra, India(“FilmAmple”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information of individuals (“Users”) who access, browse, or use the FilmAmple platform, website, or related services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Policy and the collection and use of their information in accordance with it.

FilmAmple collects and processes the following categories of information:

- Email address
- Mobile number
- Payment details (as required for transactions)

FilmAmple does not sell, trade, or rent personal data. Information may be shared only with:

FilmAmple will respond to legitimate user requests within a reasonable period, consistent with Indian legal standards.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system is entirely secure. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with online data transmission.

FilmAmple reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at its discretion. Changes will be notified via email or posted on the Platform. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
